Another experience using positive mental attitude at the time of the founding AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Before you ask permission, we are preparing proposals, ranging from the establishment Yasasan AMIKOM care, making the statute, the master plan development, curriculum and faculty completeness. Our main constraint is the limited facilities and does not have the funds. Building unpaid rent, computer and library facilities improvise. Indeed we start college without cash. We are very fortunate to be led by Mr. Kopertis Region V Coordinator and staff at the time. From the first blind college became a dim idea of higher education and establishment requirements. After that we tried to make a proposal permits universities AMIKOM Yogyakarta. After the proposal is complete, then we add a license by submitting to Kopertis Region V.
At first AMIKOM ask permission to Jakarta, along with 6 candidates college of Yogyakarta. After waiting long enough, eventually come down permission from the Government. From 6 universities, it appeared that only 4 out of universities. AMIKOM one that has not come out permission. I realized that not out, because when viewed from the requirements of the most minimal possible. Nevertheless my staff to feel uneasy, because it is the place to earn and distribute ideas, not yet received approval from the Government. "Why Mr. Yanto, why we have not come out permission, s edangkan others have?" Asked my staff with a sad tone. To comfort her, I have a positive mental attitude. I comfort them by saying "If we're not out permission, that means God wants us to work even harder and pray even longer. If we do Insha Allah we are more successful than others ". With the answer that I like my staff to stay motivated and keep working hard. They are also praying earnestly to hope that these licenses be out soon.
Long time it makes the staff feel worried if a permit is not out. They barangkalai imagine what if the license does not come out. They want to work where they do not know, because the only hope of working in AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Finally with the help of Kopertis Coordinator and staff, we permit waiting for the exit. We are pleased and emotion, I and some of my staff there are tears and prostration of thanksgiving. To obtain permission to travel a very long and winding. Journey that's exactly what I wanted to make the staff while maintaining a permit to remain in the grip and make AMIKOM Yogyakarta still flying. Dreams are the images of events or anything that appeared in his sleep. Dream is to see something in the bed or fantasize something unattainable. But now can we define the dream is still fantasize what might be achieved although there is no picture or how to achieve it is very difficult to achieve. An entrepreneur must have the key entrepreneurial spirit, which is justice. Justice is fairness, honesty, sincerity is not biased. According to Ibn Khaldun, development can not be achieved except through justice and justice is the criterion used to evaluate human God.

Abu Yusuf explains the justice to the caliph Harun al-Rashid as saying "bring justice to those harmed and remove tyranny will increase revenue, accelerate the development of the country, and bring blessing, as well rewarded in the afterlife."

Successful leaders are serious in achieving justice. They'll say something and try to execute it. They execute by using the principles of justice, not indiscriminately.

Surely everyone wants to be treated fairly, but many among us who ignore this principle of justice. Especially when the decision-making, we get the pressure that makes us not be fair.

The successful leader, has the ability to remain fair, despite the pressure. Being fair is very difficult, not all of us were able to perform at a company or organization.

Leaders who see the world successfully use the principle of equality. All people are equal, then the principle of justice is the coveted leader of his men. When leaders do not do justice, it will destroy the world, will destroy the men and will lead to distrust subordinates to leaders, and would discourage business.

Meanwhile, according to Islamic terminology, al Maal is anything that has value and should be utilized and acquired ownership in a manner consistent sharia. Muhammad s.a.w. in looking at property to assert that it is essentially, the property belongs to God and man is empowered (trust) to manage it well. Humans do not have absolute power to the property and must spend of his wealth according to God's Sharia, as in the Qur'an surat Al-Hadid verse 5 - 7: Unto Him is the kingdom of heaven and earth. And to Allah return all matters. It was he who put the night into the day and put the day into the night. And He is Knower of all hearts. Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and spend most of your wealth which Allah has made you master it. So those who believe among you, and spend most of his wealth are those who believe. Similarly, the Quran surah Al Munaafiquun paragraph 7: They're the people who say (to those Ansar): "Do not give the shopping to the people (immigrants) in the Prophet that they may disperse (leave the Messenger) ". And to Allah belong the keys of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.

In surat Al-Hadid verse 11: "Who will lend to Allah a good loan, then Allah will double it (return) loan for him and will get the reward.". While the Al-Hadid verse 18: "Those who give alms, both men and women and loan to Allah a good loan, shall be multiplied (the payment) to them and for their reward." In the letter Al Lail paragraph 17-18: And the future will be alienated those most devoted of hell. (ie) who spend (in Allah's way) to clean it up.

Since zakat is charged on goods that productivity, then a slave or owned a horse just been released from the Muslim zakat (Baladhuri, 1966:156).

Several horses have a high selling value (never mentioned that the Arabian horse Taghlabi, estimated value of 20,000 Dirham) (Baladhuri 1966:157) and the Islamic people involved in this trade. Then they proposed to the Caliph to set Zakah obligations, but the request was not granted one. They then came back to Abu Ubayda and insisted on paying. Finally the governor wrote to 'Umar (may be equipped with detailed data) and Umar instructed the Governor to withdraw charity from them and distribute to the poor and slaves. Jizya is a tax paid by non-Muslims, especially the scribes to guarantee the protection of lives, property, worship, free from values and not conscripts. At the time of the Prophet magnitude jizya one dinar per year for adults who can afford it. Women, children (under 15 years), beggars, priests, parents, people with mental illness and all who suffer from illnesses exempted from this obligation. Messenger sawjuga collect jizya from the public schools of Bahrain who hold Zorotrisme. At that time the people involved in the collection of jizya was Abu Ubayd ibn Jarra and Mu'ad ibn Jabal (Sadr, 1989).

The word zakat means to grow, purify or improve. The word itself refers to the purity obtained after the obligatory zakat donations implemented. This is in accordance with the Qur'an (9:103). At the time of the Prophet, the zakat is imposed on the following matters: (1) metal objects made of gold such as coins, tools, ornaments, or in any other form. (2) metal objects made of silver, such as coins, tools, ornaments, or in any other form. (3) Animals camels, cows, sheep, goats. (4) Various kinds of merchandise, including slaves and animals. (5) The agriculture including fruits. (6) Luqta, abandoned property and the enemy (7) Any findings. Zakat gold and silver are determined by weight. Cattle (the shepherd free) is determined based on the amount. Merchandise, materials and mining luqta determined based on resale value and agricultural products and fruits are determined based on the quantity. Zakah on crops and fruits is called Ushr (Sabzwari, 1984).

Nisab (lowest limit of the quantity or value of a commodity and the amount of each type of livestock animal) is fixed. Nisab and charity of many different kinds of goods with each other. For example zakat all types of property 2.5%, for the mine property and property rikas 20%. Land with access to the 5% irrigation, land that does not use irrigation 10%. While cattle varied between 1% and 2.5% (Afzalurrahman, 1982:158).

Assidiq Abu Bakr declared war against those who refused to pay zakat. Because of the poor and weak have a right to the wealth of the rich members of society. He did not hesitate to take part of the poor from the rich by using violence. In Kitab al-Kharaj Abu Bakr said: "By Allah! If they refuse to pay one time, to tie the feet on his camel, what they have paid to the Prophet, I will declare war against them because of their rejection (Afzalurrahman, 1982:107).

Abu Bakr was concerned the accuracy of calculating zakat. As he said in Anas (a Amyl), that "if one had to pay one year old camel, while he did not have it and he offered to give a female camel that was two years old, it is acceptable. Zakat collectors will return 20 dirhams or two goats to her "(Ameer Ali, 1949).

At the beginning of Islam the main source of state revenue is khums, sodaqoh nature, charity, kharaj (land tax) and jizya (tax collection). Khums issued in 2 hijra. Sodaqoh nature is also required in 2 hijra. Kharaj withdrawn at 7 years of Hijrah, after the bow of Khaibar. Zakat is required in the year 8 Hijri and jizya determined in 8 migrate as well (Sadr, 1989). At the time of the Prophet, government policies relating to state revenues are distributed all income received. The policy was changed at the time of Caliph Omar. At that revenue rose sharply and Baitul Maal permanently established in the city center and the provincial capital, which still remains

Khums in Arabic means one fifth. Khums is one source of income Baitul Maal, as mentioned in the Qur'an (8:41). A fifth is for Allah and His Messenger is to be used for the state public welfare (Pickthall, 1969). Prophet membagai usually khums into three parts, first part for himself and his family, the second to the third part of his relatives and to orphans, those in need and those who were on their way. Four-fifths of the other part is divided among the soldiers who participated in the war (in certain cases some people who did not participate in the war also get a share). Kharaj refers to income derived from rents of agricultural land and forests belonged to the Ummah. If the cultivated land and orchards owned by non-Muslims fell into the hands of Muslims due to losing the battle, these assets become part of the public ownership of Muslims. Therefore, anyone who wants to cultivate the land must pay the rent. Revenue from this lease is included in the scope kharaj. An example is the rent collected over some land in Khaibar, which is war booty and a Muslim public ownership (Sadr, 1989). When Khaibar was conquered, the land was taken over by the Muslims and old owners to cultivate the land offered as a substitute for land rent and are willing to give some production to the state. Kharaj amount of land still being half of the production. The Prophet used to send people who have knowledge in this matter to estimate the amount of production. After reducing the excess of the estimated one-third, two-thirds of their distributed and are free to choose, accept or reject the division. The same procedure was also applied in other areas. Kharaj became an important source of income (Sabzwari, 1984).
