Ways of Being Entrepreneur For Ordinary People (4)

Not yet fully capable of overcoming difficulties when it AMIKOM Yogyakarta have to face the so-called crisis in 1998. My experience together friends in times of crisis, perhaps even a little can we use as a lesson. The simple lesson that hopefully broaden the horizon in making us a successful entrepreneur.
A marketer of one of Advertising Agencies in Yogyakarta came to me, complaining "We now have difficulty Pak Yanto to be an ad from university". "Why the difficulty?" I asked. "A lot of answers from the public relations or advertising that is not the same. Student

Another experience using positive mental attitude at the time of travel AMIKOM Yogyakarta. After the exit permits, a small college with limited facilities and resources are starting to walk. At the beginning only get 32 students. Second year to get 156 third-year students and 256 students obtained. In the years of the early trips AMIKOM Yogyakarta, the form and only open Academy Diploma Program Three. Gadjah Mada University opened three diploma programs quite a lot. Many of the Private Higher Education Leadership yan complain, if students drawn by the three diploma program at Gadjah Mada University. A reporter from this newspaper came to me, asked for responses to the rise of the diploma program, which was opened three Gadjah Mada University. "What does Mr. Yanto of many diploma opening three GMU?" Asked the journalist. I tried to answer with a positive mental attitude. "Alhandulillah even better" I replied. "How well Mr. Yanto?" The journalist continued his questions. "It would be better, especially for AMIKOM, whose name informatics courses or an information system that was not so much known. If such as medicine, economics, psychology, political science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, architectural engineering and so that's already known. If GMU, especially MIPA opened Tiploma Three programs of information systems, meaning that the program is important. With the importance of the three diploma programs of information systems or information, I am sure students actually AMIKOM will multiply. Wong important "I replied. "Oh so ..." the reporter agreed.
Then I add that the chances of a positive mental attitude is more open, not against GMU, but rather take advantage of opportunities with a GMU as a journalist is asked "Can this limited AMIKOM collect prospective students interested in informatics number 2000 in a place?" "Hard Pak Yanto "the reporter replied. "If you can, it costs about big or small?" I asked the journalist. "It's huge Pak Yanto" replied the reporter. "You want me to tell prospective students to gather a number of 2000 without using the cost?" I made a curious reporter. "Want Pak Yanto" replied the reporter. Then I explained to reporters that "First we do is find out the date and what time MIPA Diploma Program Three tests of information systems. After that how many tests involved. It turned out that the tests come in. Three Mathematics Diploma Program information system around 2000 prospective students. I am with my friends to wait at the front door with a system test wall to divide the brochure after the test, so that almost all candidates who received the brochure. Mathematics Diploma Program's Information System will only accept about 200 people, so there are still 1800 people who can not be accepted. ". Journalists are terbengong with my answer, saying: "Incredible, yes sir Yanto". "That is if we use a positive mental attitude, is a closed door, but the Lord opened the doors of others who can not dipridiksi by man" I said to the journalist. "Thank you Mr. Yanto the response. If I still need more I will be back here again "as he says goodbye. "I also thank you to listen to my humble opinion" I said, as I reached between the reporter and I kedaraannya up waving my hands. Ways of Being Entrepreneur For Ordinary People (2)

The first foundation to become a successful entrepreneur for ordinary people is a positive mental attitude. When I do check in, I was told by the officer, if my flight delayed an hour pemberangkatannya. Positive mental attitude I use with my laptop open, and then write this article I am in the waiting room of Sukarno-Hatta Airport. When the time calls that passengers are allowed into the aircraft, this paper has become. I am of the lucky ones, because there was a passenger told me. "I was waiting for the plane since two o'clock sir. Because the flight was full all day. Only now (eight hours) I was only able to ride. I had to wait 6 hours "the passenger said to me. "For a long time yes sir" I replied yes.
Another experience using positive mental attitude at the time of the founding AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Before you ask permission, we are preparing proposals, ranging from the establishment Yasasan AMIKOM care, making the statute, the master plan development, curriculum and faculty completeness. Our main constraint is the limited facilities and does not have the funds. Building unpaid rent, computer and library facilities improvise. Indeed we start college without cash. We are very fortunate to be led by Mr. Kopertis Region V Coordinator and staff at the time. From the first blind college became a dim idea of higher education and establishment requirements. After that we tried to make a proposal permits universities AMIKOM Yogyakarta. After the proposal is complete, then we add a license by submitting to Kopertis Region V.
At first AMIKOM ask permission to Jakarta, along with 6 candidates college of Yogyakarta. After waiting long enough, eventually come down permission from the Government. From 6 universities, it appeared that only 4 out of universities. AMIKOM one that has not come out permission. I realized that not out, because when viewed from the requirements of the most minimal possible. Nevertheless my staff to feel uneasy, because it is the place to earn and distribute ideas, not yet received approval from the Government. "Why Mr. Yanto, why we have not come out permission, s edangkan others have?" Asked my staff with a sad tone. To comfort her, I have a positive mental attitude. I comfort them by saying "If we're not out permission, that means God wants us to work even harder and pray even longer. If we do Insha Allah we are more successful than others ". With the answer that I like my staff to stay motivated and keep working hard. They are also praying earnestly to hope that these licenses be out soon.
Long time it makes the staff feel worried if a permit is not out. They barangkalai imagine what if the license does not come out. They want to work where they do not know, because the only hope of working in AMIKOM Yogyakarta. Finally with the help of Kopertis Coordinator and staff, we permit waiting for the exit. We are pleased and emotion, I and some of my staff there are tears and prostration of thanksgiving. To obtain permission to travel a very long and winding. Journey that's exactly what I wanted to make the staff while maintaining a permit to remain in the grip and make AMIKOM Yogyakarta still flying. Proved positive mental attitude is one of the weapons to strengthen their spirit and motivation to keep fighting and stay in AMIKOM Yogyakarta.

Ways of Being Entrepreneur For Ordinary People (1)

All people can become entrepreneurs, without exception. Based on my experience, to become a successful entrepreneur can use the SMART guidelines ENTREPRENEUR IN. S stands for positive metal attitude as the foundation to become entrepreneurs. M is Creating a dream and trying to catch up. A is Take a step right now, even though no money. R stands for business and catapulted Secret T symbol of Embrace failure as part of the lessons for success. IN is Insha Allah, only Allah who allows us to be successful entrepreneurs.
According to Professor Chapman Edwood, mental attitude is a way to communicate or express a mood or character to others. If our expression to others is positive, then we should be called as a positive mental attitude. Conversely, if our expression to others negative, so we called the negative mental attitude. Positive mental attitude is one of the prominent entrepreneur spirit.
Dreams are the images of events or anything that appeared in his sleep. Dream is to see something in the bed or fantasize something unattainable. But now can we define the dream is still fantasize what might be achieved although there is no picture or how to achieve it is very difficult to achieve. In the language of dreams is the vision of management, that is something that chill besifat ideal entrepreneur.
Secret to bounce business can use various strategies, ranging from generic strategy of Michael E. Porter, strategic positioning of Jack Trout, strategic intent from Gary Hamel and Prahalat, blue ocean strategy of Kim and Renee and the business strategy of the Prophet Muhammad
Failure is a label that often we associate with an action that did not work and so applied, the label is making us say that is not capable. This decreases our enthusiasm to become a successful person. By the time we were little, failure has no meaning, because we do not have the concept of "failure". If we have the concept of failure, then we will not be able to speak, will not be able to write and not be able to walk. Because to speak, write and walk to the failure of countless. Likewise in the business world can also mimic our failure in childhood and we can learn from the failures.
Insha Allah, only Allah who allows us to be successful entrepreneurs. Success is a process that continued to unfold. Even so, Allah will not change the fate of a people or groups or individuals, unless people or groups or individuals that are changing. We tried the best, wait and follow the right path based on faith in God. God willing, we will become a successful entrepreneur, both in the world in the hereafter mapun. Amen ... ... ... .. (By : M. Entrepreneur Soul Key

An entrepreneur must have the key entrepreneurial spirit, which is justice. Justice is fairness, honesty, sincerity is not biased. According to Ibn Khaldun, development can not be achieved except through justice and justice is the criterion used to evaluate human God.

Abu Yusuf explains the justice to the caliph Harun al-Rashid as saying "bring justice to those harmed and remove tyranny will increase revenue, accelerate the development of the country, and bring blessing, as well rewarded in the afterlife."

Successful leaders are serious in achieving justice. They'll say something and try to execute it. They execute by using the principles of justice, not indiscriminately.

Surely everyone wants to be treated fairly, but many among us who ignore this principle of justice. Especially when the decision-making, we get the pressure that makes us not be fair.

The successful leader, has the ability to remain fair, despite the pressure. Being fair is very difficult, not all of us were able to perform at a company or organization.

Leaders who see the world successfully use the principle of equality. All people are equal, then the principle of justice is the coveted leader of his men. When leaders do not do justice, it will destroy the world, will destroy the men and will lead to distrust subordinates to leaders, and would discourage business.

Morale is a rare item. Competition tighter business, did not rule out the employee becomes a victim as a result of the new strategy to win the competition. If it was so, the business spirit of employees will decrease.

In the U.S., Europe and even in Indonesia trying to find the business spirit of the employees, after long forgotten. Various pressures coming from various directions that threaten morale killing a productive and creative as well as destroy it to rubble tidakpercayaan interrelatedness cynical, narrow selfishness and damage that will cause despair. In this work, too many people who feel unsafe, threatened and unappreciated.

KLA Instruments corporate leaders, Ken Levy, uses the principle of justice, when the company is experiencing difficulties. He said in a meeting: "On this day I wanted cut payroll 10 percent, but because I got the biggest paycheck, so please cut 20 percent."

Despite allegations, people who attended the meeting instead of being upset because it was cut, but even they agree and employees to keep working hard. Employee morale is not down, but it increased sharply, because the leaders use the principles of justice.

Entrepreneur Strategy Multiply Heaven Treasure force

Entrepreneurs Paradise for redouble style property with the appropriate rules with sharia. Al Maal (property) in Arabic means gold, silver and cattle. Meanwhile, according to Islamic terminology, al Maal is anything that has value and should be utilized and acquired ownership in a manner consistent sharia. Muhammad s.a.w. in looking at property to assert that it is essentially, the property belongs to God and man is empowered (trust) to manage it well. Humans do not have absolute power to the property and must spend of his wealth according to God's Sharia, as in the Qur'an surat Al-Hadid verse 5 - 7: Unto Him is the kingdom of heaven and earth. And to Allah return all matters. It was he who put the night into the day and put the day into the night. And He is Knower of all hearts. Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and spend most of your wealth which Allah has made you master it. So those who believe among you, and spend most of his wealth are those who believe. Similarly, the Quran surah Al Munaafiquun paragraph 7: They're the people who say (to those Ansar): "Do not give the shopping to the people (immigrants) in the Prophet that they may disperse (leave the Messenger) ". And to Allah belong the keys of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.

To tuck Guiding treasure God gives us, namely to double the property, if the property dinafkahkan on his way. In surat Al-Baqarah verse 245: Who will lend to Allah a good loan, then God will multiply the payment to him with a lot of double fold. And God narrows and enlarges (sustenance) and to Him will ye return. While in surah Al Baqarah verse 265: And the likeness of those who spend their wealth for the pleasure of Allah and seek to resolve their souls, like a garden located on the plateau watered by rain, the garden produces fruit twice. If heavy rains do not water it, then light rain (even adequate). And Allah is Seer of what ye do. Similarly, in Al-Baqarah verse 261: Parable (maintenance incurred by) the people who spend their wealth in Allah's way is similar to a seed that grows seven ears, in every grain hundred grains. God magnifies (reward) for whom He will. And Allah is (karuni Him), the Knower. In surat Al-Hadid verse 11: "Who will lend to Allah a good loan, then Allah will double it (return) loan for him and will get the reward.". While the Al-Hadid verse 18: "Those who give alms, both men and women and loan to Allah a good loan, shall be multiplied (the payment) to them and for their reward." In the letter Al Lail paragraph 17-18: And the future will be alienated those most devoted of hell. (ie) who spend (in Allah's way) to clean it up.

At the time of the noble Prophet, the number of horses in the Arabian horse was a bit especially those owned by Muslims because it is used for personal needs and jihad. Suppose that in the war of Badr, the Muslim army numbering 313 people only have two horses. At the besiegers Bani Quraish (5A.H) Muslim army has 36 horses. In the same year, the Hudaybiya they have about two hundred horses. Since zakat is charged on goods that productivity, then a slave or owned a horse just been released from the Muslim zakat (Baladhuri, 1966:156).

At a later period, breeding and trading activities conducted horses massively in Syria and other parts of the territory. Several horses have a high selling value (never mentioned that the Arabian horse Taghlabi, estimated value of 20,000 Dirham) (Baladhuri 1966:157) and the Islamic people involved in this trade. Since the rise of horse trading, they were asked to Abu Ubayda governor of Syria, about the obligation to pay zakat horses and slaves. Governor informed that there is no zakat on them. Then they proposed to the Caliph to set Zakah obligations, but the request was not granted one. They then came back to Abu Ubayda and insisted on paying. Finally the governor wrote to 'Umar (may be equipped with detailed data) and Umar instructed the Governor to withdraw charity from them and distribute to the poor and slaves. "Since then due to the horse set for a dinar or ad valorem basis ie one dirham for each forty dirhams (Baladhuri, 1966:158).

Among several items, Abu Bakr zakat burden of war (grass herb used to make powder and perfume), while Umar wearing charity khums of rubber found on the peninsula, Yemen, between Aden and Mukha and other products from the sea (Seyubu-Behar ). Because these goods are treated as a "gift from God." Taiff famous tawonnya farm and according to some reports, Bilal came to the Prophet with the honey and ushr requested that the valley of Salba is reserved for him. Request is received. At the time of Umar, the governor reported that the owner of Taif nest - nest of wasps do not pay ushr but want wasp nests are legally protected. Umar said that if they want to pay ushr, the wasp nest they will be protected. If not, will not medapat protection. According to Abu Ubayd laopran, Umar distinguish honey from the mountains and obtained from the field. Zakat is a twentieth set for the first honey and honey-tenth for the second type (Baladhuri, 1966:173-176). Before Islam, each tribe or tribal groups who live in rural areas usually pay the tax (ushr) purchases and sales (Maqs). The amount of 10 percent of the value of goods or a dirham each transaction. But after the Islamic State in Arabia stood. "The Prophet took the initiative to boost trade by eliminating import duties across the province who entered the territory and included in agreements signed by him with the tribes who submit to authority. Clearly said that the imposition of one-tenth of agricultural products to traders Manbij (Hierapolis) is said to be the first in a time of Umar (Sabzwari, 1984).

Jizya is a tax paid by non-Muslims, especially the scribes to guarantee the protection of lives, property, worship, free from values and not conscripts. At the time of the Prophet magnitude jizya one dinar per year for adults who can afford it. Women, children (under 15 years), beggars, priests, parents, people with mental illness and all who suffer from illnesses exempted from this obligation. Messenger sawjuga collect jizya from the public schools of Bahrain who hold Zorotrisme. At that time the people involved in the collection of jizya was Abu Ubayd ibn Jarra and Mu'ad ibn Jabal (Sadr, 1989).

The word zakat means to grow, purify or improve. The word itself refers to the purity obtained after the obligatory zakat donations implemented. This is in accordance with the Qur'an (9:103). At the time of the Prophet, the zakat is imposed on the following matters: (1) metal objects made of gold such as coins, tools, ornaments, or in any other form. (2) metal objects made of silver, such as coins, tools, ornaments, or in any other form. (3) Animals camels, cows, sheep, goats. (4) Various kinds of merchandise, including slaves and animals. (5) The agriculture including fruits. (6) Luqta, abandoned property and the enemy (7) Any findings. Zakat gold and silver are determined by weight. Cattle (the shepherd free) is determined based on the amount. Merchandise, materials and mining luqta determined based on resale value and agricultural products and fruits are determined based on the quantity. Zakah on crops and fruits is called Ushr (Sabzwari, 1984).

Nisab (lowest limit of the quantity or value of a commodity and the amount of each type of livestock animal) is fixed. Nisab and charity of many different kinds of goods with each other. For example zakat all types of property 2.5%, for the mine property and property rikas 20%. Land with access to the 5% irrigation, land that does not use irrigation 10%. While cattle varied between 1% and 2.5% (Afzalurrahman, 1982:158).

Assidiq Abu Bakr declared war against those who refused to pay zakat. Because of the poor and weak have a right to the wealth of the rich members of society. He did not hesitate to take part of the poor from the rich by using violence. In Kitab al-Kharaj Abu Bakr said: "By Allah! If they refuse to pay one time, to tie the feet on his camel, what they have paid to the Prophet, I will declare war against them because of their rejection (Afzalurrahman, 1982:107).

Abu Bakr was concerned the accuracy of calculating zakat. As he said in Anas (a Amyl), that "if one had to pay one year old camel, while he did not have it and he offered to give a female camel that was two years old, it is acceptable. Zakat collectors will return 20 dirhams or two goats to her "(Ameer Ali, 1949).

PRIMARY INCOME COUNTRIES FINANCIAL PERIOD BEGINNING ON ISLAM (1)

At the beginning of Islam the main source of state revenue is khums, sodaqoh nature, charity, kharaj (land tax) and jizya (tax collection). Khums issued in 2 hijra. Sodaqoh nature is also required in 2 hijra. Kharaj withdrawn at 7 years of Hijrah, after the bow of Khaibar. Zakat is required in the year 8 Hijri and jizya determined in 8 migrate as well (Sadr, 1989). At the time of the Prophet, government policies relating to state revenues are distributed all income received. The policy was changed at the time of Caliph Omar. At that revenue rose sharply and Baitul Maal permanently established in the city center and the provincial capital, which still remains

Khums in Arabic means one fifth. Khums is one source of income Baitul Maal, as mentioned in the Qur'an (8:41). A fifth is for Allah and His Messenger is to be used for the state public welfare (Pickthall, 1969). Prophet membagai usually khums into three parts, first part for himself and his family, the second to the third part of his relatives and to orphans, those in need and those who were on their way. Four-fifths of the other part is divided among the soldiers who participated in the war (in certain cases some people who did not participate in the war also get a share). The rider got two parts (for himself and his horse), the soldier, a woman who attended the war to help some things do not get a share of the spoils of war (Sabzwari, 1984).

In the second year after Hijrah required sodaqoh nature. Sodaqoh is also known as Zakat Al-Fitr is compulsory every fasting month of Ramadan. The amount of Sha dates, wheat (barley), flour cheese or raisins, or half-Sha wheat for every Muslim, slave nor free, male or female, young or old, and paid before the Id prayer (Bukhari, 1979).

Kharaj refers to income derived from rents of agricultural land and forests belonged to the Ummah. If the cultivated land and orchards owned by non-Muslims fell into the hands of Muslims due to losing the battle, these assets become part of the public ownership of Muslims. Therefore, anyone who wants to cultivate the land must pay the rent. Revenue from this lease is included in the scope kharaj. An example is the rent collected over some land in Khaibar, which is war booty and a Muslim public ownership (Sadr, 1989). When Khaibar was conquered, the land was taken over by the Muslims and old owners to cultivate the land offered as a substitute for land rent and are willing to give some production to the state. Kharaj amount of land still being half of the production. The Prophet used to send people who have knowledge in this matter to estimate the amount of production. After reducing the excess of the estimated one-third, two-thirds of their distributed and are free to choose, accept or reject the division. The same procedure was also applied in other areas. Kharaj became an important source of income (Sabzwari, 1984).
